We own each of our vessels through separate wholly-owned subsidiaries incorporated in Cyprus. The operations of our vessels are managed by Maryville Maritime Inc, our wholly-owned subsidiary, incorporated in Liberia, which provides us with a wide range of shipping services including Technical, Crewing and Financial management.
